The world's noblest variety, characterised by its smooth flavour and distinctive fruity notes. Ideal for premium chocolates and high-quality gourmet confectionery.
Origin: Mexico, Venezuela, and the Caribbean
Forastero Cocoa
The most common and resilient variety, with an intense and slightly bitter flavour. It accounts for 70% of global cocoa production.
Origin: West Africa and South America

Trinitario Cocoa
A perfect hybrid of Criollo and Forastero, combining the resilience of one variety with the subtle and complex flavour of the other. Highly prized by artisan chocolatiers.
Cocoa Powder
Natural cocoa powder is a food product obtained from the seeds of the cocoa tree, Theobroma cacao. This powder is the result of a process that includes the fermentation, drying, roasting, and grinding of the seeds, and is presented free from impurities or unwanted particles.
